HI. DO NOTE THAT, OUR T&C DID CLEARLY STATED THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO INFORM US 3HRS BEFORE MEETUP FOR CHANGE OF DATES AND TIME. SERIOUSLY, WE ARE SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THIS CHANGES WITHIN AN HOUR OF MEETUP OR LESS THAN 3HRS.
WE ARE KIND ENOUGH TO LET YOU ALL TO CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME. PLEASE DUN TAKE THIS AS AN ADVANTAGE TO ALL OF YOU. ITS VERY INFURIATING. WE ALSO HAVE OUR OWN TIGHT SCHEDULE. MOREOVER WE ARE STILL TRYING TO ADJUST TO SCH AND COPING WITH HW. PLEASE DO SPARE A THOUGHT FOR US TOO.
Ok, we also appreciate some customers that willing to wait and did NOT even just think about themselves. seriously.
NEXT, OUR T&C ALSO DID STATE THAT DO GIVE EXACT AMOUNT. PLEASE DUN TELL US TO GIVE CHANGE WHEN WE DO NOT HAVE. MOREOVER, A ORDER FORM IS SENT TO US AND YOU AGREED TO OUR T&Cs. WHAT IF WE DO NOT HAVE CHANGE? PLEASE DUN MAKE US TO GET STH TO GIVE YOU SMALL CHANGE. WE DUN BRING A CASHIER AROUND TO GIVE CHANGES.
this happen not just once. BUT, MULTIPLE times. what if we did the same thing to you too? ANGRY RIGHT.
im sorry if this bores you. it bores me too. but seriously, WE HAVE TO MAKE THIS CLEAR.
even if you do not have time last min, AT LEAST MAKE AN EFFORT TO APOLOGISE. we are not really those bear grudges kind if you apologise and feels bad or sth. at least we know that you care. you apologise, ok, we can give in and go in your way. dun take our kindness to your advantage.
